This is my daughter's wedding day- Crondon Park in Stock, Essex.

It , like so all other weddings, was planned for August Bank holiday Monday 2020....

My son in law had proposed on Christmas Day 2019- brave lad -it was done in front of the family at lunchtime!! He had asked me first for approval- what a lovely idea!!

We found the venue in the first week of January and the dress shortly after that and -being my only child- I went into overdrive in sourcing decor items all of which I found before the first Covid lock down hit!

I was really fussy about quality and returned anything that didn't come up to what we expected- but what fun!! I absolutely loved it! I wanted to change my career - to do this lovely job all the time....but reality kicked in when lock down happened.

The colour theme was Coral, with champagne, blush and ivory in support. The original table decorations were going to have white ostrich feathers- but bride's prerogative- this was changed at the last minute to tall martini glasses without feathers!

Loved making these up- my friend and I sat under the pergola in the sunshine assembling them- and they are so beautiful!! 

The other item I adore are the champagne rose garlands- they are so realistic I couldn't stop buying them up- which I am glad I did because they don't sell them anymore and I used them in everything!! Oh and the crystal droplet garlands too!

So when we realised that it may actually be going ahead- I got everything out of storage-it was like Christmas- unpacking things I had forgotten we had !

 I started assembling things, doing face time with my daughter so she could approve etc etc

The result was stunning- and I'd love to sell it all on as a bundle to another Bride - it just works so well-and will try to sort that shortly .

I also loved doing the top table flowers- I used real greenery from the garden- and would love to see this being used again- so much so - I will be happy to reassemble with new fresh greenery for the day!!

Anyway thank you for reading- It was a fantastic day start to finish- the weather was perfect too- my daughter looked stunningly beautiful and it was the wedding of her dreams !!
