Blue base with cream feathers and details. Soft. Had some gem hat kind added in. See picture. 

Stunning hat which made my outfit. Felt like a million dollars in this and I hate wearing hats! Got many compliments and was really easy to wear. Comfy. Quite tall rather than wide so great if you're small (I'm 5' 2").
